Every great landscape starts with a plan that fits your property — not a template pulled off a shelf and dropped onto your lot. We begin by walking the space with you and actually listening: where you entertain, where you want privacy from the neighbors, what you see out the windows that matter most, how the sun moves across the yard through the day, and which spots stay wet after a hard rain. Those details shape everything that follows.
From there we build a real design. Plant palettes are chosen specifically for South Florida's light, heat, and sandy soil, so the greenery on the plan is the greenery that actually thrives once it's in the ground. We map sightlines and focal points so the eye lands where it should, layer in texture and color that hold up across the seasons, and coordinate hardscape, lighting, and irrigation from the very start — instead of bolting them on later and hoping they fit together.
Good design is as much about restraint as it is about plants. We think in terms of how the space will look in three years, not just on install day, and we plan for how everything grows in — spacing, mature size, and how each bed reads from both the street and the back patio. The result should feel intentional and calm, not busy or overplanted.
You see and approve the full plan before a single plant goes in the ground. That means no surprises, no guesswork, and a clear picture of exactly what you're getting and what it costs. If something doesn't feel right, we adjust it on paper — which is far cheaper and easier than adjusting it in the yard after the fact.
