It starts underground, with the base. We remove the existing lawn and build a compacted, free-draining foundation engineered to clear South Florida's heavy downpours fast, so water moves straight through instead of pooling on the surface. A soft or poorly draining base is the single most common reason a turf lawn fails, and it's the exact part we refuse to rush to save a day.
On top of that, the details are what make it read as real. We roll and position the turf so the blade direction stays consistent, cut and secure the seams so they genuinely disappear rather than showing as lines across the yard, and anchor and trim the edges clean against beds, walkways, and hardscape. Then infill is brushed in to keep the blades standing upright, add a little cushion underfoot, and help the surface stay cooler and more natural feeling.
